This is a stressful time in the life of a college senior or grad student. Getting an interview when you KNOW that you’re the right person for this job is truly asking alot in the competitive job marketplace. But if you’re just NOT getting the call-backs that you feel you deserve, I’d suggest you open up your aim a bit: Apply for a job that you are NOT fully qualified for (at least on paper).
